maybe, but PS has a new format for very big files, it called *.PSB

info:
Photoshop supports documents max 300.000px in each dimension. If you want to save pictures wit 30.000px in each dimension you have to use PhotoShop Big (PSB) or TIFF.
But attend old photoshop versions (older than CS) support just maximum 2GB with 30.000px in each dimension resolution.
PSB is supported only by CS versions of PS. If you have no choice in your save dropdown menu, so go "Preferences" > "Saving Files" an activate Photoshop Big Format (PSB)
